The documentation did not state that new React users would need to install React globally before running "create-react-app", this update would help news users avoid errors when creating their first React project.

This is better covered by the docs of the actual tool. Otherwise we'll have to maintain their install instructions. The link (https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app) already includes install instructions.
